Swop Limited Liability Company and its subsidiaries (“us”, “we”, “our” or “Company”) operate the https://swop.company website and “Swop – Like. Match. Swap” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “service”).
Content: The service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available information (referred to as content) in the form of, including but not limited to, clicks or taps, text, graphics, photos, videos, and/or other forms. By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, store, modify, analyse, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your content available to other users of the service, who may also use your content subject to terms & conditions. The content generated by yourself and others is visible to other users of the service, and can be shared on third party websites and applications.
